Katie Shea,
Just wanted to send a much long ago intended thank you about the
wedding. We are truly so happy with the choices we all made, and how
every detail turned out. I would say we would make the same choices all
over again if we were to do it again next month, which I personally
would love. Of course Sebastian thinks I am crazy.

From Reverend Juggernaut, to the food, to your help, to the ceremony
location, and pictures it really was everything this bride
wanted and more. We got lots of compliments on the Reverends' choice of
words at the ceremony, and the Chef being so friendly at the reception.
Everyone said Matt was really nice, and we agree!

Take care, and we hope all is well in St John, we surely miss it.

Thank you so much for providing our Wedding Feast on July 21st. It was perfect… we feasted for 2 days on it! Our dinner was fantastic and the cake was GORGEOUS!! I was absolutely thrilled with everything!

Also, Katie our server was amazing – she was the consummate professional and we were so appreciative of her being there! We will recommend you to anyone we know of who is going to St. John.

Sorry this thank you has been a little delayed. Work was instantly 10 hour, ugly days. Chris and I wanted to thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Our wedding was more fun than we could have ever imagined. What an absolute perfect fairy tale wedding we had and you made that possible. It was an absolutely beautiful, perfect, I wouldn't change a memory, dream wedding. We had so much fun and were so relaxed thanks to you. Your staff was wonderful and charming to keep up with our crazy group. The food was amazing, we enjoyed the leftovers all week. I would like more cake though (lol). I cannot wait to see the pictures from the photographer. I am sure they are amazing. It was a pleasure working with you. Our friends and family cannot stop talking about the most amazing wedding they have ever been to, and it was ours. Hi Shea,

I wanted to thank you for the wonderful wedding cake you delivered to Blue Heaven Rendevous on December 1st. I called you at the last minute and you were kind enough to deliver the surprise cake while we were at our ceremony. My husband (new) was so excited when he saw the cake. And he was so impressed that I arranged for the cake without him knowing about it (little did he know it would not have happened if you hadn't helped me out!).

The cake decorated with shells was delicious and was perfect for the occasion since we had just gotten married on the beach. I brought what was left back to Atlanta and froze it to have on our anniversary.

Hi Katie,

Our wedding was truly memorable thanks in great part to you and your staff. You made the long-distance planning easy and the wedding great. Our guests really enjoyed the food, as well as the surroundings. Everybody thought the champagne and strawberries on the beach after the ceremony was a great touch. The coconut shrimp and baked brie appetizers got rave reviews, too.

We absolutely miss St. John and can't wait to get back. We had a little boy last year and will probably bring him along, too.

Hi Kati!

Now that we are back from our honeymoon and somewhat settled, we just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the wonderful job you did at our reception. The food was amazing...everyone talked about how it was the best wedding food they ever had. We even had enough left over to snack on the next day. The key-lime curd filled cake was absolutely delicious as well; not your typical wedding cake! Your staff was extremely professional, courteous and added to the fun. Everything was handled so well that I had to worry about nothing! That rain storm sure did add to the excitement, didn't it? Anyway, thank you so much for helping to make our dream wedding a reality!

Hey Shea,

We just got back this morning. We had some delays because of Dennis. Better problems with Dennis here then there.

Everybody raved about the party you catered. As seasoned travelers, Martha and I noticed that when eating out, usually you can't tell the chicken from the fish on all the islands we go to down there. The food has no taste. That was not the case with you guys though. I think we hit everyone's taste buds, especially the stuffed mushrooms, they were the top of everyone's list.

Shea you were a very pleasant hostess and left me without a care. Thank you so much. The band won over everybody as well. Great Job. If you use testimonials, I would be happy to write one for you all.

Dear Kati,

Well, as you promised, the wedding went just perfectly. You really talked me down off a ledge, a week before the big day, when our planned venue fell through. Not only did you put up with my frantic emails and phone calls, you made our reception perfect. It was, as you promised, a great party.

Pan and Keys was AWESOME! My guests are on me to find out how they can buy CDs. Roy was a real trooper, also putting up with my pre-wedding panic, and the vocalist was sublime. What a great talent! They got everyone jumping, both in the wedding party and on Trunk Bay! Thank you so much for the referral.

I would also like to put in a good word for Erin, who worked the bar. She was very helpful and nice, but also provided some "muscle" in fending off curious beach goers! She was great, the food was great, and she kept the drinks flowing. It was a terrific party due in no small part to your and Erin's hard work.

Holiday Meals

Hi Jamie:

Thank you for the great Christmas feast! We had an excellent stay at St John and Katilady helped 'put the icing on the cake'. The ham was incredible, my daughter and I battled over the left-over potatoes and your spinach salad/blueberry vinaigrette vanished within minutes of us sitting down to eat. Also, the gentleman who delivered our meal was very upbeat and courteous....having been involved in customer service, I really appreciated that.

Just wanted to drop you a quick note and say thanks for stocking our villa with all the wonderful snacks and drinks!! We arrived at our villa on Saturday, the 20th, around 7:30 and it was so great not having to run to the grocery store and stock up on food. And of course, everyone was starving and thirsty when we arrived so it worked out great!!

Greetings Shea and all the Katilady people!

Our party of 10 returned from St. John, back to Pittsburgh, on Monday. Now that I've gone through emails and am back in my work routine, I wanted to take a moment to thank you for filling the refrigerator of Anole with goodies in time for our arrival.

Our trip from Pittsburgh started at 4:30AM and we arrived at Anole about 12 hours later. We were so relieved that we didn't need to run to the grocery as soon as we got there. The snacks were perfect and filled the munchie needs of 4 children and 6 adults. We appreciated the beverages, cheese and crackers, and fruit. The sandwich items were packed into a cooler and served as a light lunch the next day day. Thanks for providing extra milk---it came in handy at breakfast the first morning.

We will recommend your services to any we know who are traveling to St. John and will certainly contact you when our travel plans include St. John again.
